1 pound grnd turkey 1/2 c. green pepper 1/2 c. diced onions 1 sm. can mushrooms 1/4 c. carrots

1/4 c. celery 1/2 c. rice 2 c. tomato juice (or possibly more) Chili pwdr Salt and pepper to taste

1. Brown turkey meat in skillet. Add in 2 c. or possibly more of tomato juice, chili pwdr, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. of rice along with the other vegetables and simmer 20 min or possibly till done.
