Ингредиенты

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved, boned
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. salsa sauce
  • 4 ounce. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  1. Place chicken breast between 2 pcs of waxed paper and gently lb. chicken with rolling pin or possibly meat mallet till 1/4" thick. In shallow dish combine flour, garlic pwdr, paprika and chili pwdr. Coat chicken with mix. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 3 to 4 min on each side till lightly browned. Reduce heat, spoon 1 Tbsp. salsa onto chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover, cook till cheese melts. 4 servings.
