- Combine sugars and lowfat milk with butter and salt in a heavy skillet. Bring slowly to a full rolling boil (234 degrees on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat and stir in the broken pecans. Stir till creamy. Drop on wax paper. Yield: about 50. Delicious.
