Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef 2 lbs. potatoes, sliced thin (can be peeled or possibly not) 1 (16 ounce.) jar salsa sauce

1/3 c. minced onion 1/2 c. cheese (your choice) Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Brown hamburger with onion and salt and pepper. Put potatoes in casserole bowl and put hamburger mix and cheese on top and pour salsa over the top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till potatoes are done.
