Mexican Pinto Bean Dip

Ингредиенты

3 c. cooked pinto beans, liquid removed
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack

1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
1 1/2 teaspoon salsa
Warm peppers (jalapeno)

Инструкции

Puree beans to coarse paste. Place bean paste, water, cheese, chili pwdr and salsa into a microwave bowl. Stir. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. Serve hot or possibly room temperature. Makes 3 3/4 cup. Garnish with hot peppers and serve with chips.
