  • 3 x onions, minced
  • 2 can tomatoes
  • 2 can tomato paste
  • 4 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 lrg packag Fritos crushed
  • 1 box Minute rice, (28 ounce.) cooked Meat mix
  • 2 x heads lettuce, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lrg can olives, minced
  • 10 ounce pecans, minced
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1 pkt coconut, (14 ounce.) Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 jar picante sauce, (12 ounce.) or possibly more
  • 2 lrg cans Ranch style beans, warmed

  1. Meat Mix:Brown meat and onions. Then add in other ingredients and simmer 2 hrs.
