3/4 c. onion minced 3/4 c. celery minced 1/2 c. green pepper minced 1 x clove garlic chopped

1/4 tsp grnd pepper 1/4 tsp chili pwdr few drops tabasco sauce to taste 2 c. vegetable broth 16 ounce refried beans tortilla chips optional cheddar cheese, shredded optional

1. Saute/fry vegetables till tender. Add in spices, broth, and refried beans. Heat through. Top with chips or possibly cheese if you like.
