2 pound grnd beef 1 c. bread crumbs or possibly crackers 2 large eggs 1 sm. onion, minced

2 T Worcestershire sauce 8 ounce cream cheese 4 ounce green chili peppers Salsa

Инструкции

1. Mix grnd beef, bread crumbs, large eggs, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread out on waxed paper. Pat down till 1/2 inch thick. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese with chili peppers. Spread over meat mix to within 1 inch from edges. Roll up sealing edges. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Cover top with Salsa and bake 15 more min. Let set 10 min. Slice and serve.
