- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 T chili pwdr
- Egg roll wrap (2 pkg.)
- Shortening for frying
- Taco sauce for dipping
Инструкции
- In large frying pan brown grnd beef with onions and bell pepper. Drain off fat. Add in beans, chili pwdr and cheese. Mix well till cheese is melted. Place a teaspoonful into egg roll wrappers and fold into squares. Seal wrappers with water. Deep fry in shortening till golden. Serve with taco sauce.
