1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted
1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
Minced jalapeno peppers (opt.)
Инструкции
Mix all ingredients except cheese, pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cover top with shredded cheese. Bake another 30 min.
