1 1/2 c. Martha White self rising corn meal
1 c. creamed corn
3 jalapenos, peppers or possibly slice
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

1 teaspoon salt
2 Large eggs
2/3 c. veg. oil
1/2 bell pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till golden.
