  • 6 chicken breasts, boiled
  • 1 lg. taco Doritos
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced green peppers
  • 3/4 c. minced onions
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr

  1. Remove skin from chicken and debone. Dice into fairly large pcs. Put aside in bowl. Put Doritos in bowl and pour chicken broth over them. Let stand for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Grease large casserole dish. Put in casserole by layers, 1/3 Doritos, 1/2 green peppers, 1/2 onions, 1/2 chicken, and 1/3 cheese, ending up with Doritos on top. Mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, can Rotel tomatoes, garlic salt, and chili pwdr; pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese after taking out of oven.
