Ингредиенты

2 to 3 chicken breasts, cooked and minced 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/2 c. green pepper, minced 1 can Rotel tomatoes (or possibly use taco salsa sauce)

2 tbsp. minced onion 1 bag Doritos 1 c. chicken stock 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 tbsp. chili pwdr

Инструкции

1. Break up Doritos in casserole. Layer chicken over them. Pour chicken stock over it. Layer onion and bell pepper. Next, add in half the cheese and sprinkle with chili pwdr.
2. Combine 2 soups and pour over all. Next, add in the tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or possibly microwave at high power for about 20 min. Add in remaining cheese last 5-10 min.
