2 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
1 lrg Can crushed pineapple
2 x Large eggs
1 lb Box powdered sugar
1 stk margarine
1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Minced pecans
Инструкции
Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake at 350 deg f for 30 min in an oblong pan.
Cold. Icing: Mix well. Add in 1 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans and put on cooled cake.
