Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 can Cream corn
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1 pkt Cheddar cheese 8 ounce.
  • 4 x Warm chili peppers
  • 1 c. Cornmeal
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1 c. Buttermilk

Инструкции

  1. Brown beef; add in onions, peppers and cheese. Sift together meal, salt and soda. Combine sifted mix with beaten Large eggs, buttermilk, oil and corn.
  2. Pour half of the bread mix in a deep greased skillet or possibly casserole dish.
  3. Add in meat mix and top with remaining bread mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
