  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt or possibly ff sourcream
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin

  1. I tried this recipe the other day and the binder would be WONDERFUL spread over a plate of ff refried beans then topped with grated ff cheddar cheese for a mexican dip.. It was REALLY GOOD!
