%20are%20way%20too%20thin%20at%20that%20%22healthy%20BMI%20weight%22.%20He%20will%20be%20thin%20enough%20at%20his%20goal%20weight,%20very%20thin%20in%20fact,%20it%20is%20only%2020%20pounds%20above%20the%20weight%20he%20was%20when%20he%20was%20dismissed%20from%20the%20army%20(which%20was%20still%20not%20as%20low%20as%20this%20suggested%20BMI%20weight).%20%20Honestly%20that%20scale%20should%20account%20of%20bone%20size%20and%20body%20structure.%20LOL.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20on%20the%20other%20hand%20am%20just%20at%20tiny%205'3%22%20tall%20and%20weight%20is%20cruel%20to%20small%20chicks%20like%20me.%20%20LOL.%20%20At%20my%20goal%20weight%20I%20may%20just%20look%20like%20a%20decent%20weight.%20%20Tho%20now%20that%20I%20told%20you%20that%20I%20must%20confess,%20I%20have%20plateaued%20at%20only%2010%20pounds%20from%20my%20healthy%20BMI.%20%20I%20need%20to%20research%20what%20to%20do%20when%20you%20plateau.%20%20My%20hubby%20says%20he%20%22heard%22%20via%20podcasts%20that%20this%20is%20the%20time%20when%20I%20loose%20inches%20so%20I%20guess%20I%20need%20to%20get%20the%20tape%20measure%20out.%20%20I%20have%20seen%20the%20re-emergence%20of%20a%20waist%20line%20(or%20hour%20glass%20figure)%20again!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20had%20a%20lovely%20play%20date%20last%20Thursday%20with%20two%20ladies%20who%20I%20just%20adore.%20%20Honestly%20I%20have%20not%20enjoyed%20myself%20that%20much%20since%20I%20moved%20here.%20Usually%20I%20am%20the%20type%20to%20feel%20uncomfortable%20in%20my%20own%20skin%20but%20since%20it%20was%20at%20MY%20house%20I%20was%20able%20to%20relax%20and%20enjoy%20it%20immensely.%20%20In%20conversations%20it%20was%20brought%20up%20that%20I%20do%20Once%20a%20Month%20Cooking%20(these%20underlined%20bits%20are%20links%20~%20for%20those%20of%20you%20who%20did%20not%20know%20that)%20and%20was%20interested%20in%20exploring%20OAM%20Cooking%20for%20herself.%20%20I%20graciously%20offered%20to%20help,%20since%20you%20all%20know%20I%20LOVE%20to%20cook!!!%20%20Now%20I%20want%20you%20to%20know%20that%20Once%20A%20Month%20Cooking%20Mom%20is%20the%20way%20to%20go%20when%20pursing%20this%20on%20your%20own.%20%20But%20for%20those%20of%20you%20who%20are%20interested%20in%20how%20WE%20are%20going%20to%20go%20about%20this,%20I%20will%20blog%20along%20the%20way.%20%20I%20don't%20always%20cook%20a%20month%20ahead,%20tho%20I%20do%20think%20it%20is%20a%20great%20idea.%20%20Sometimes%20we%20just%20shop%20for%20food%20once%20a%20month,%20sometimes%20I%20will%20cook%20one%20meal%20with%20several%20nights%20in%20mind%20and%20freeze%20the%20rest.%20%20Sometimes%20I%20use%20one%20meat%20type%20for%20several%20dishes%20like%20I%20did%20last%20week.%20%20But%20if%20you%20are%20the%20sort%20that%20is%20always%20turning%20to%20fast%20food%20because%20of%20your%20limited%20time%20to%20prepare%20meals%20at%20night,%20you%20really%20should%20find%20a%20buddy%20and%20give%20OAM%20Cooking%20a%20try!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20is%20official,%20my%20son%20loves%20his%20school.%20%20Our%20old%20public%20school%20is%20a%20great%20place%20to%20go%20but%20he%20says%20this%20new%20school%20makes%20learning%20fun.%20%20They%20have%20the%20best%20teachers%20who%20are%20so%20motivated%20and%20full%20of%20energy!%20%20We%20are%20so%20excited%20for%20him!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESunday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMonday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETuesday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWednesday:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrilled%20Skirt%20Steak,%20Baked%20Sweet%20Potatoes%20&%20Broccoli%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThursday/%20Friday/%20Saturday%20&%20Sunday%20I%20am%20going%20to%20try%20a%20new%20coupon-less%20Money%20Saving%20Idea!%20%20%20While%20this%20is%20not%20a%20new%20idea%20to%20some,%20it%20is%20for%20me.%20%20Our%20local%20supermarkets%20have%205%20for%20$19.95%20section%20where%20you%20can%20choose%20from%20any%20selection%20of%20meats%20from%20the%20cooler.%20%20The%20selections%20vary%20from%20week%20to%20week.%20%20This%20weeks%20selections%20were%20pork%20chops,%20bacon%20wrapped%20filet%20minion,%20hamburgers,%20ground%20meat,%20chicken%20legs.%20%20I%20am%20challenging%20myself%20to%20feed%20my%20family%20of%20four%20for%20under%20$60%20a%20week%20for%20one%20month.%20%20YIKES!%20%20Can%20I%20do%20it?%20%20Well%20its%20not%20going%20to%20be%20organic%20meat%20thats%20for%20sure%20but%20if%20you%20are%20on%20the%20paleo%20diet%20and%20can't%20afford%20the%20specialty%20meats,%20this%20experiment%20will%20help%20you%20understand%20that%20participating%20at%20the%20level%20you%20can%20afford%20will%20still%20enable%20you%20to%20loose%20weight!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELooking%20for%20inspiration?%20I%20can%20help%20in%20three%20different%20ways.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHead%20on%20over%20to%20Orgjunkie.com%20and%20visit%20Laura's%20Menu%20Plan%20Monday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVisit%20Heather%20at%20Celiac%20Family,%20the%20Gluten%20Free%20Menu%20Swap%20headquarters!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20also%20view%20my%20past%20menu%20plans%20here%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
