Ингредиенты

1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/4 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 c. cake flour Few drops green food coloring

Инструкции

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and flavoring thoroughly. Add in salt and flour to butter mix. Add in green food coloring and mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonsful on ungreased baking sheet. Cookies don't spread - don't smooth or possibly shape cookies.
2. Bake about 8 min or possibly till set but not brown. Dip in powdered sugar while cookies are hot. Handle very carefully, they are fragile. Can be frzn. Makes 5 dozen.
