Ингредиенты

1 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 2 egg whites 2 c. pumpkin 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. granulated sugar

2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

1. Blend oil, egg, egg whites and pumpkin. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, pudding, salt, baking pwdr, soda and cinnamon; add in pumpkin mix. Blend well. Stir in pecans.
2. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for 60 min or possibly till toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean.
