- Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cool water. Squeeze off excess water.
- Preheat the wok or possibly frying pan. Add in the oil and move it round the wok, then add the noodles and toss till warm.
- Add all the sauces and continue to stir. Lastly add the stock or possibly water around the edges of the wok and continue to stir for a further 1 minute.
- Remove onto a plate and serve.
