Ингредиенты

6 sm. potatoes, cooked 1/4 c. onion, finely minced 3 c. zucchini, diced 12 cherry tomatoes, halved 4 tbsp. lemon juice

4 tbsp. salad oil 2 teaspoon basil leaves 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Cook potatoes; drain and chill. Cube potatoes and combine with onions, zucchini and tomatoes and toss lightly.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl and blend. Pour dressing over potato mix and toss gently. Chill. Serves 6.
