Ингредиенты

  • 2 Packages yeast
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 c. unbleached enriched flour

Инструкции

  1. Combine in order given and beat till smooth, about three min. 2 teaspoon salt
  2. Add in and mix well.
  3. Add in to make a medium stiff dough. Knead on a floured board till smooth, 5 - 10 min. Cover dough with bowl and let rest 30 min. Roll into a 16 inch log; cut into 16 pcs and shape into balls. Roll out into 5 inch circles. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise 30 to 45 min till puffy. Bake at 500 degrees on bottom rack about 10 min. Remove and cover while cooling. Cut pocket in bread and fill with your favorite filling. Makes 16 loaves.
