Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 med Zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch dice
  • 1 med Onion, diced
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 can (28 ounce.) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) water-packed tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt (12 or possibly 14 ounce.) corkscrew or possibly ruffle pasta, cooked according to pk Directions Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in zucchini, onion, garlic and salt; cook, stirring, till tender-crisp, 5 min. Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, oregano and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min. Stir in tuna and cook 3 min more.
  2. Toss warm pasta with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan, if you like.
  3. Makes4 servings.
