400 g small pork steaks

200 g pasta, (fioli or similar pasta - like casarecce)

2 tbs olive oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

500 g fresh spinach, cleaned and cut into strips

150 g feta cheese, coarsely grated

Marinade for the meat:
-
1 tbs soy sauce
-
1 172 tbs balsamic vinegar

Инструкции
- Marinate the steaks for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to manufacturer's instructions, drain, set aside and keep warm.
- Grill the steaks in a grill skillet for about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm.
- Sauté garlic briefly in olive oil. Add spinach, stir and sauté briefly until spinach has wilted slightly.
- Add feta and spinach to the fioli, stir and combine and serve with grilled medallions.
