2 lbs. grnd beef 1 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 med. onion, minced 6 slices whole grain bread

1 egg 2 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 1/2 c. tomato sauce

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast and crumble bread. If your children will not eat onions, place onion, applesauce and egg in blender and liquify. Knead together all ingredients except tomato sauce. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish or possibly pack into a loaf pan. Pour tomato sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
