Ингредиенты

4 pound minced meat 2 Large eggs 1/4 c. cool water 1/2 c. ketchup

1/2 c. seasoned croutons 1/2 c. orange or possibly duck sauce Garlic pwdr to taste

Инструкции

1. Mix first 5 ingredients. Place in rectangle pan. Cover with glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Drain off any fat. (Optional: Put mashed potatoes around meatloaf and brown.)
