Meatloaf

My son's favorite meal when he was younger. I still fix it for his birthday or whenever he will come over for it.

Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs ground meat
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can Hunts special recipe diced tomatoes with green peppers, celery and onions
  • 1 sm can tomato sauce
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 2 TBS seaonsed salt

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Place in large oblong baking dish, sprayed with Pam
  4. Bake at 375F for 1 hr 15 min or until done throughly
