  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jar 16 ounces picante sauce
  • 1/3 cup grape jelly
  • 1 tbls fresh hyme leaves (opional)

  1. heat oven to 375 dregrees
  2. line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  3. throuoghly mix the beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, and 1/4 cup picante sauce in a large bowl
  4. should make (40) 1 inch meatballs.
  5. place meatballs onto baking sheet
  6. bake until he meatballs are cooked through, turning them over once halfway through the baking
  7. heat the remaining picanye sause and jelly in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat to a boil
  8. reduce heat to low, cook 15 minutes or until the mixture is well blended and reduced down to around a cup or so
  9. add thyme if desired
  10. add meat balls to te skillet and cook until the meat balls are hot and coated
  11. stirring occasionally,
  12. serve and enjoy!!
