1 lrg Tomato, roasted, peeled and minced (If you are unable to find truly ripe tomatoes, add in 4 Tbsp. canned tomato sauce.)

2 x Anaheim or possibly California long green chiles, roasted, peeled, or possibly jalapenos, and minced
