Рецепт Meatball Sauce with Spaghetti
It is true that you get extremely creative when you need something so badly, and today I wanted to quickly make dinner, therefore a new shortcut was invented. Yes, I’m talking about the fastest Meatball Sauce with Spaghetti ever (at least I think so.)
You know when you are in the middle of something and suddenly remember that you need to make dinner, and there is not much time? This happens to me often, hence the shortcuts.
I’m glad that time flew by, because now I have a new, easy, and light recipe to share with you
To be honest I didn’t know how this meatball recipe will turn out, but when you spend time cooking, you can always tell if the recipe will at least turn out OK.
I will make this recipe again and maybe next time try it with turkey. It turned out really good and I hope you give it a try!
Meatball sauce with spaghetti
Serves 2. 454 per serving.
Making the meatballs:
- 250 gm ground beef (85% Lean )
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper
- Making the sauce:
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 peeled, deseeded, and chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cup water
- Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the box, or add salt to boiling water, then add the pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Making the meatballs:
- Mix all the ingredients (do not over mix), and make six equal sized balls.
Making the sauce:
- In a blander, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the previous mixture in to a pan and let it come to a boil. Add the meatballs and cook until the sauce reduces a little and the meatballs are cooked.
