1 pound Velveeta 1/2 c. lowfat milk 4 teaspoon dry mustard 2 lbs. grnd beef

1 c. oats 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 c. onion, minced

Инструкции

1. Oven 350 degrees. Stir Velveeta, lowfat milk and mustard over low heat till smooth. Reserve 1 c. Velveeta sauce. Mix remaining with other ingredients; blend well. Shape into loaf. Bake 60 min. Then pour 1 c. of reserved sauce on top.
