Ингредиенты

  • 200 g (1/2 lb.) cooked meat
  • 1 slice of onion
  • 200 g (1/2 lb.) mashed potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon minced parsley
  • Healthy pinch of herb
  • Salt & pepper
  • Beaten egg

Инструкции

  1. To Coat: Beaten egg and bread crumbs
  2. To Fry: Lard
  3. Garnish: Parsley
  4. Remove any fat from meat. Mix meat and onion. Mix all ingredients except egg together. Bind with a little beaten egg. Form into a roll on a floured board. Cut into 8 pcs and shape into cake (1/2") thick. Coat with egg crumbs. Fry in warm oil till both sides are brown. Drain and serve garnished with parsley.
