Ингредиенты

2 c. minced leftover roast beef or possibly pork 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon instant onions

Инструкции

1. Mix together all ingredients except meat in a skillet. Simmer over medium low heat for 5 - 10 min till mix has cooked down a little. Add in meat and simmer over medium low meat 5 - 10 min longer till meat is well coated and is of serving consistency. Serve on toasted hamburger buns topped with cole slaw. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
