Ингредиенты

  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Mix first 9 ingredients in blender; add in to meat and crumbs; mix well. Form into balls and brown in a little veg. oil; put in casserole. Pour grease from skillet and make thin gravy with 3 bouillon cubes, 2 c. water, and flour to thicken. Pour over meat balls; cover and bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
