- Mix first 9 ingredients in blender; add in to meat and crumbs; mix well. Form into balls and brown in a little veg. oil; put in casserole. Pour grease from skillet and make thin gravy with 3 bouillon cubes, 2 c. water, and flour to thicken. Pour over meat balls; cover and bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
