Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. minced pimiento stuffed olives
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

  1. Lightly mix beef, onion, olives, Large eggs, salt and pepper just till blended; shape in 24 meat balls. In a skillet heat butter; brown meat balls slowly on all sides; cook till done.
  2. Place in shallow 1 qt casserole. Pour off fat in skillet reserving 2 Tbsp.; blend in flour. Add in water, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Cook 2 min longer. Remove from heat; carefully blend in lowfat sour cream; pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Makes 8 servings.
