Ингредиенты

2 lbs. hamburger meat 1 pound sausage 2 lg. onions 3 Large eggs (1 egg for each pound of meat)

1 pkg. (individual wrapped) crackers, crushed fine 1 1/2 ounce. chili pwdr Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Mix all the above ingredients and roll into balls. 2 pts. tomato juice
2. In large pan layer cabbage (or possibly wrapped meatballs in leaf). Add in tomato juice and sufficient water to keep it from burning Cook slowly for about 1 hour.
