2 c. cooked barely
1 c. lowfat milk or possibly meat stock
1 sm. onion, grated
Salt, pepper to taste
Sausage casings

Mix all ingredients well. Fill large clean sausage casings with mix. Boil in salt water or possibly place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 min.
