1/2 pkg. corn muffin mix

6 Large eggs
Salt and pepper

Preheat 400 degrees. Grease muffin c.. Press hash into muffin c.. Making hole in middle of hash; break an egg in each c.. Fill remaining c. with muffin mix. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly golden.
