  • 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • Healthy pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • Lowfat milk to make smooth
  • 3 tbsp. flour self rising
  • Pecans or possibly raisins, optional

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
