Mayonnaise Cake & Chocolate Icing

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 T cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (salad dressing)
  • 1 c. cool water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 T cocoa
  • 1 stick of soft butter
  • 2 or possibly 3 T warm coffee (black)

Инструкции

  1. Mix by hand in large bowl, pour into greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan and place in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
  2. Mix thoroughly and put on cake as soon as it is cool.
