3 c. hot water 3 tbsp. or possibly 3 pkg. yeast 6 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon salt 7 tbsp. oil 7 c. flour

Инструкции

1. Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let stand a few min. Add in remaining ingredients. Knead till smooth. Cover and let rise till double in size. Roll out. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with 2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon mixed together. Roll up and slice Place on cookie sheet and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min or possibly golden.
