2 dozen oysters with juice ( make sure to keep the juice

4 1/2 to 5 pounds of gizzards grounded ( we get them grounded by the butcher at our local store)

1 small chopper

1 large container of liver grounded (i do this one at home in my small chopper)

4 cups instant rice (cook to box directions)

2 medium bags of seasoning (16 oz each) chopped (total 32 oz)

1/2 cup vegetable oil (for sauted seasoning)

salt and pepper to taste

while gizzards are cooking down, take this time to grind up oysters (in small chopper) and set back in jucie for later use
-
do the same to the liver chop and set aside in a seperate bowl from the oysters
-
cook rice according to box and cover until ready to mix in meat mixture

keep stiring all through cooking not to burn and well mixed
