- Beat together the egg yolks, salt, cayenne pepper, onion and fat till creamy; fold into the egg whites. Gradually fold the matzo meal into the egg mix. Refrigerate1 hour. Moisten hands and shape the mix into 1/2-inch balls. Cook in a covered saucepan 30 min.
- Makes about 24.
