- Soak matzos in cool water for 2 min. Drain and crumble.
- Beat Large eggs and salt together in bowl. Add in matzo; mix until well-coated. Heat butter in skillet and pour in matzo. Fry until browned on both sides. Serve hot with syrup and/or possibly preserves.
- Can find matzo (mahtzo) crackers in "gourmet" sections, or possibly stores which cater toward kosher foods. I prefer the egg and onion flavor...
