Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Pork rib or possibly loin chops (1 & 1/4 to 1 & 1/2 inches thick
  • 1 c. Sliced exotic mushrooms such as shiitake
  • 1 c. Sliced red bell peppers
  • 2 tsp Dijon style mustard
  • 2/3 c. Dry white wine or possibly chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley or possibly cilantro (1-2T)

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. When warm, add in pork chops, turn heat to medium and brown them for about 4 to 5 min a side.
  2. Remove them to a plate and add in the mushrooms and bell peppers and cook for 2 to 3 min or possibly till they give off their juices. Return the chops to the pan, cover and simmer slowly 4 to 5 min a side or possibly till just cooked through.
  3. Remove chops, add in mustard and white wine and boil down till syrupy. Add in butter herbs and spoon sauce over chops.
  4. Yield: 4 servings
