  • 1/4 c. grated orange zest
  • 8 tsp baking pwdr
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon

  1. Whisk together flour, buttermilk pwdr, brown sugar, orange zest, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Store by 3-c. quantities in resealable plastic bags or possibly airtight containers.
  2. This recipe yields 6 (3-c.) bags.
