Рецепт Masala Kadalai | Spicy Peanuts
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanuts
- 4 Tbsp Chickpea Flour / Besan
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- Salt for seasoning
- Oil for Deep Frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle very little water a time and mix it. Add just enough water that helps in coating the peanuts with the flour. Check for seasoning.
Once it is coated well, allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Then heat Oil in a pan and deep fry them in medium flame. Try to separate the peanuts as much as possible while adding them in oil.
Strain the excess oil in tissue paper and once it is warm, store them in an air tight container.
