  • 1 cube butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 quart. fresh fruit; berries, peaches, etc.
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bring to a boil, fruit, water and vanilla. In a bowl, mix 1 c. Bisquick, 3/4 c. lowfat milk and sugar. Mix may be runny! Put batter over butter, fruit mix over 1 batter and bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 min till crust is brown. Makes 10-12 servings.
