  • Kitchen Bouquet

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line pan with foil. Rub beef all over with Kitchen Bouquet. Cold 5 min per lb.. Cut off oven and leave in oven for 3 hrs. Don't open door in the meantime.
