Ингредиенты

1 medium onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced fine

2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and parsley

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients, except mayonnaise. Drain if too moist. Add in sufficient mayonnaise to hold together. Mound and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
